Trusha has been a part of the software industry for over a decade and has worked with big IT corporates like Microsoft, Accenture, and Tech Mahindra. Since 2018, she has been associated with various Natural farming movements, and one of them is Subhash Palekar Natural Farming. Her dream is to convince farmers to shift from chemical farming to organic farming as she strongly believes in the motto, ‘Good Food For All.’

Rakhi has pursued M.Com and PGDBA, Finance and banking, insurance and GDCA. She has worked with top Indian Banks. At present she meticulously handles the Finance and Accounts department at Friends of Farmers. She keeps a vigilant eye on each and every financial aspect of the organization.
