Our Farmers follow Desi cow based farming methods which are acknowledged by Honorable Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi as Natural farming. Farm produce come from various farmers and farmer groups spread across India. We try to ensure things by
1. Regular visits to farm land
2. Arranging customer visit to farm lands wherever possible
3. We always tell you farmer name while selling product as well help you connect farmer in case of any query
4. Last but not least it is supported by Organic certificate.

Normally for Saturday delivery, order shall be placed by Thursday because Friday, a day before is fresh harvest day. Post-harvest, sorting / grading, packaging happens and material is dispatched by Saturday morning. Our delivery team delivers to your location depends of traffic conditions.
Would like to highlighted few points:
1. We give you freshest harvest
2. Produce quality is checked at
a. Farms during harvest
b. while doing sorting/grading,
c. at the packaging houses and
d. before dispatch
However still there may be chances that you may get some damaged material. We request here to report to us about the same so that we can improve on our process. Not only that wherever possible we try to give some compensation. Case to case basis. We expect you to post picture for our knowledge and to take appropriate action.
We would request you to check the products while accepting the products during delivery. In case you are not satisfied with the quality of the products, please return those products to our Delivery Representative. Our Delivery Representative will communicate to backend team to initiate request for return as well as refund in case of any. In case of postpaid order, you will be required to pay the adjusted amount only for the products accepted by you. In case of prepaid orders, request for refund will be initiated and cash will be credited into your online account, which can be redeemed while placing orders the next time.
In a rare case, where products ordered by you are out of stock, then we will provide refund.
