Terms and Conditions

1. Items are to be checked and confirmed on delivery. Any material issue should be brought to our notice before 8 p.m. on the day of delivery   

2. While every care is taken while sorting the vegetables and fruits before packaging, we request you to report any external damage / defect to the product/s before 8 p.m.  on the day of delivery along with photographs of the said product/s & refund will be decided on case to case basis.     

3. There shall be no refund processed for internal defects in fruits and vegetables unless we are convinced that the entire / majority of supply has been hampered due to external conditions and this will be treated on case to case basis.    

4. Refund to the customer to be processed within 7 days from the day of delivery. Though we are keeping it at 7 days, under normal circumstances, we should be able to do it within 2 working days.

5. The supply of product/s is subject to availability of produce and other external conditions.                               

6. The weight of packaging mentioned above may vary by +/5%                                                                                   

7. The prices are subject to change in the range of +/- 10% from the prices quoted above.                                     

8. Order once placed can not be cancelled.

During the monsoons, it is natural for the worms and other pests to get active.                                                         

That said, some vegetables and fruits are more prone to get affected as compared to others. While every care will be taken to check the produce for infestation, there may still be some wherein there will be barely any traces of damage on the exterior but may be infested internally. Please note that refund for such instances will not be processed as it is completely out of our control to check internal infestation.

 Return Policy

What if I didn’t like the quality of the products delivered to me?

We would request you to check the products while accepting the products during delivery. In case you are not satisfied with the quality of the products, please return those products to our Delivery Representative. Our Delivery Representative will communicate backend team to initiate request for return as well as refund in case of any. In case of Postpaid order, you will be required to pay the adjusted amount only for the products accepted by you. In case of Prepaid orders, request for refund will be initiated and cash will be credited into your online account, which can be redeemed while placing orders the next time.

What if products ordered by me are out of stock?

In a rare case, where products ordered by you are out of stock, then we will provide refund.
